Quantum Readiness Starts With Visibility
A guided, six-section review of your wallet model, cryptographic dependencies, key management, infrastructure and migration readiness. Every score is explained.
What you will be asked
Six Short Sections, 24 Questions
- 01
Application Overview
Context about the project. These answers are informational and do not affect scores.
4 questions
- 02
Wallet and Account Model
How users and services hold and authorise control of accounts.
2 questions
- 03
Cryptographic Dependencies
Which cryptographic capabilities the system relies on and how well they are documented.
4 questions
- 04
Key Management
Where keys come from, where they live, and whether they can be rotated and recovered.
6 questions
- 05
Infrastructure
Where signing happens and how transport security is handled.
3 questions
- 06
Migration Readiness
Inventory, process, versioning and planning for changing cryptography.

How scoring works
Transparent and Deterministic
Each answer option carries a fixed score from 0 to 4, a written reason, a recommendation and a priority. The 20 scored questions each feed one or more categories with a declared weight. A category score is the weighted average of its answers, scaled to 0–100. For multiple-choice questions the weakest selected option counts, because one weak path is enough. The same answers always produce the same result.
Cryptographic Visibility
How well the team knows where cryptography is used and which algorithms are involved.
Key Management
How keys are generated, stored, isolated, rotated and recovered.
Upgrade Flexibility
Whether signing, authorization and data formats can change algorithm without redesign.
Migration Readiness
Whether a plan, process and ownership exist to carry out a cryptographic migration.
Operational Security
Monitoring, incident response and dependency hygiene around cryptographic components.
No single safe or unsafe verdict
You receive five category scores, each placed in a band.
- Needs attentionbelow 40
- Developing40 to 69
- Established70 and above
Priority levels used in findings
Findings are sorted so the most urgent work comes first.
- Critical
- High
- Medium
- Low
- Informational
